My obsession with 2 AM people

Earlier, well like two seconds ago,the title for this post didn't have 'people' at its end. Why did I add it? Well to simply make it clear what I mostly mean when I refer to 2 AM. Though it's the quietest part of the night and the most peaceful too. Lights are mostly out. Birds don't chirp around like the way they do, say at 4 AM or something.
